
Who is PME?
PME is a supplier of peripheral equipment for the plastics industry in the broad sense of the word. We represent not only foreign and domestic producers, but provide service, maintenance, engineering and project management for all peripherals around injection molding machines, extruders, blowmolding machines or other machines that transform plastics or produce semi-or fully finished products. We offer the end user complete independence with regard to the processing machine itself.
What is our core business?
The core business activities of PME cosists of three pillars on which the company is based, namely:
SERVICE and MAINTENANCE
ROBOTS and AUTOMATION
MATERIAL HANDLING, COOLING and MOULD HEATING SYSTEMS
Due to our vast experience in these three areas we can provide you with knowledgeable support.
SERVICE AND MAINTENANCE is the core buisiness of the company. PME has, since 1989, sought to provide a perfect service for all products we sell or have sold in the past. Due to our extensive technical background and technology level of our technical staff we can offer you a quick analysis and troubleshooting on-site.
ROBOTS AND AUTOMATION SYSTEMS , handling of injected or extruded parts with Cartesian or 6-axis robots, grippers and automation projects beside the plastics processing machine are for PME projects that are finished with care and attention to detail. We prefer of course to sell our own range of robots incorporated in customized systems, but as a peripheral machinery sales company we need to be independent, so we also offer projects on existing machines and robots from the customer.
RAW MATERIAL HANDLING, COOLING AND MOULD HEATING SYTEMS are the third pillar of the company, but certainly not the least important. PME provides already for many years to our customers the supply, installation and engineering of raw material transport with storage, coloring, mixing, dosing and drying of granular and other bulk materials eventually included. Cooling and temperature control of molds, whether or not combined with engineering for complete cooling systems with energy recuperation have in recent years certainly contributed to PME as a "one stop shop 'solution for the customer.
How do we work?
Our sales are the first persons in contact with the customer for advice. They are also your contact for new applications related to equipment or systems for which you require our assistance. Each sales engineer at PME is specialized in specific products, so you are always informed correctly.
The sales dept. is supported by a team of project engineers, who, in difficult or complex projects will be immediately involved in the issue, so that the technical feasibility and engineering can be projected together with the responsible vendor.
As PME we carry an extensive warehouse stock, so we can in specific issues, provide you as the customer test units for a limited amount of time for evaluation purposes. ( terms and conditions provided in the trial agreement)
Our engineering department takes over the project after recieving het customer order of the sales team. Together with the client they are committed to set up the project as smooth as possible.
Planning and installation are in agreement with the engineering department and the customer. The project planning and installation is performed according to the supplier delivery times, lead time of our own production and deadline of the customer.
Completion of the project is done by the engineering and the corresponding vendor, so the agreements made between the customer and sales can be assessed seen to the project and the performance of the delivered system.
